A little about me
As a social worker and psychotherapist, I have effectively supported clients from diverse backgrounds facing mental health challenges, illness, grief, loss, trauma, and significant life events. My work includes assisting adult LGBTIQA+ individuals and those from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, as well as providing counselling for victims and survivors of family violence and sexual abuse.
I respect each person's unique journey, including their experiences, beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, and cultural background. I am dedicated to empowering clients as they navigate stress, anxiety, depression, grief, personal development, and challenges related to minority stress. Together, we will confidently work toward healing and growth.

Therapeutic Approach
My style of therapy is centred around compassion, collaboration, and empowerment. I work closely with my clients to help them make their own decisions and actively participate in their treatment.

I help my clients gain self-awareness, acceptance, and a greater understanding of themselves. To achieve this, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including:
