A little about me
As a mental health social worker, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult moments, including experiences of grief, trauma, mental health struggles, and major life transitions.

Alongside my private practice, I work at Deakin University, where I support students’ wellbeing and co-facilitate a neuro-affirming program for students with ADHD. I also have a background in family violence and sexual abuse counselling, working with survivors to reclaim safety, dignity, and self-trust.

My practice is grounded in deep respect for each person’s story. I support adults from culturally and racially marginalised communities, LGBTIQA+ individuals, and those navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, and minority stress. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, a space to feel heard, supported, and empowered, wherever you are in your journey.

Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect. I see therapy as a partnership, one where you feel safe, seen, and actively involved in your own healing and growth.

I tailor each session to meet your individual needs and goals, drawing on your strengths and honouring your unique identity, culture, values, and lived experience. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and flexible, adapting to support who you are and where you’re at.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including:

-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
