At Safe Harbour Therapy, you are welcome just as you are.
I provide psychotherapy for adult clients from all walks of life, supporting people through a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges.
My approach is informed by a strong commitment to inclusive, trauma‑informed, and culturally responsive practice. This lens shapes how I work with all clients, with care, curiosity, and understanding of how identity, power, and social context can influence mental health and wellbeing.

I welcome self-funded clients as well as those accessing support through NDIS and Victims of Crime (FAS).
